Shana Leopold

Treasurer

Shana and her husband, Benjamin, have lived in Farmington since 2014. They have two children who attend the Farmington Public Schools. Shana has a Ph.D. in Microbiology (specializing in Molecular Microbiology and Microbial Pathogenesis) from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently manages a research lab at Yale University School of Medicine. Prior to this, Shana was a research scientist and project coordinator at the non-profit Jackson Laboratory in Farmington. Shana is active in the West District PTO, where she has previously served as a co-treasurer for three years.
